These days when there is less and less time to do physical exercises and lifestyle is more hectic, it is not a surprise that a lot of people are looking for ways to reduce tummy fat. 2) Take heavy, take light
This is another confusing statement, but it will definitely make you remember the rule and find it easy to follow.
What it means is that it is always advisable to consume heavy foods, which are difficult to digest, in first half of the active day. And in the remaining half, especially when you are close to your sleeping time, it is always better to take lighter foods which are easier to digest. This can go a long way to reduce tummy fat.
3) Eat to be what you want to be
It is not an exaggeration to say that we become what we eat. An undisciplined and uncontrolled died not only bloats your tummy but also make you vulnerable to many diseases as Diabetes, high blood pressure and more.
So to reduce tummy fat the diet has to be balanced. Your diet should have high protein but must be low in sugar, carbohydrates and saturated fats. Eating fish, vegetables and fresh fruits will help to improve releasing tyrosine-based hormones produced by the thyroid gland that are primarily responsible for regulation of metabolism. These hormones are essential in keeping the body fat in control. Also avoid white sugar and white flour and consume more seeds, nuts and olive oil.
4) Drink More
For God's sake do not take this statement to go ahead and take more of alcohol. What it actually means is that you need to consume more water and less alcohol and especially beer, if you are really interested to reduce tummy fat. Drink a lot of water during workout and also throughout the day at regular intervals. This habit keeps in control your urge to eat. Maintaining the water level in the body also helps in proper functioning of vital organs including liver and kidney.
Besides alcohol, also avoid taking energy drinks, shakes, chocolate drinks, canned juices etc, as they all have high sugar contend that adds to the tummy fat.
